general:- i reserve the right to post the finalized piece to my social media accounts. i will credit you, the client, unless you would like to remain anonymous- i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason- you may not edit/sell the drawing.- personal use of any sort is permitted, but no commercial use (such as making prints to sell)- do NOT remove my signature or try to hide it in any way. written credits when used/shared online are highly appreciated- do not claim as your own work

process and timeline:- please provide references/description when possible. this can include (but is not limited to) character sheets, clothing references, pose ideas- if you do not have a visual reference of any sort, and i am drawing the first version of the character, there will be an additional cost- i update for sketch, lines, flat color, shading, and then one final check of the finished product. i will not move onto the next step without client approving the shared update- i allow minor changes for free, anything complex will be either an additional charge, or rejected completely- process time takes 1 - 10 weeks, but if there is any unexpected delay, i will update immediately.- please remain patient as i work. i do not mind you checking in, but please do not get pushy about it being finished at a certain point. i often have more than one art project at a time, including commissions.

payments and refunds:- paypal is preferred, but we can discuss other payment options if needed- i accept either full payment up front, or half up front and the rest after the sketch is completed.- full refund if the drawing has not begun, otherwise 85% refund once started- after the sketch is approved, no refunds accepted (though may make exceptions for specific circumstances)- if there is a problem on my end, and i cannot finish the drawing, i will give a full refund
